How To Create Pdf file

Pdf files are easy to create with MS Word document. Pdf files are smaller in size as compare to your usual MS Word doc files. Beside, pdf files can prevent accidental editing. Send files to your friends in pdf will save upload time (on your side) and download time (by your friends).
1. From your MS Word click SAVE AS...
2. Click SAVE AS TYPE....
3. Choose PDF
4. Click SAVE


If you can't find PDF in the SAVE AS TYPE (above) then you need to download a plugin.
Goto micorsoft webpage here to download the plugin. Then run the file. And the PDF in the SAVE AS TYPE will appeared. It's FREE.
